InstaNatural's Youth Express Eye Serum + Youth Express Eye Gel Review

Being that I'm nearing the end of my 20s (26 you guys... twenty-freakin'-six.. and a half) I've been a little obsessed with finding the right eye serums/wrinkle creams to help with the recent crows feet and smile lines I've developed in the past few years. Sure, they aren't deep-set wrinkles, but you can faintly see them and it's tough when you start to see the first signs of aging. Any other mid-late twenty-something's out there feeling my pain?

A couple weeks ago I posted a review on InstaNatural's Hyaluronic Acid Serum and completely fell in love with it. It's still doing wonders for my skin and I apply it all over my face every night before bed after cleansing. I still felt like I needed some kind of extra moisture around my eyes to help with the faint crows feet I've developed and was so excited when I got the chance to review their Youth Express Eye Serum and their Youth Express Eye Gel!

The serum has an orange tint, but don't worry! It dries clear and is easily absorbed.
After applying my Hyaluronic Serum, I apply the Youth Express Eye Serum to give my eyes the moisture they need from cleansing my skin of it's natural oils after a long day. You can apply the serum morning/night, but I prefer to apply my serums at night so my skin can absorb all of the ingredients without the interruption of makeup if used in the morning.

So what's in this amazing eye serum? It's an advanced Peptide Complex along with Plant Stem Cells. The ingredients and what they do are as follows:

Key Ingredients:
+ Vitamin C: slows down the aging process and brightens skin tone and lightens dark spots
+ Plant Stem Cells: encourages skin repair and rejuvenation
+ Astaxanthin: UVB absorber and helps protect skin from sun
+ Kojic Acid: lightens dark spots
+ Passionflower: can heal and soothe the skin
+ Caffeine: aids in diminishing puffy eyes
+ Hyaluronic Acid: hydrates fine lines and helps retain moisture
+ Niacinamide: great for wrinkles and acne
+ Matrixyl 3000: reduces depth of wrinkles

If you're like me and saw the ingredients and was all "what in the, what?" when reading them, I hope the descriptions helped you understand what anti-aging benefits they have. I've been using this serum for nearly two weeks and have fallen in love with it. When I wake up each morning, my used-to-be puffy eyes are barely noticeable and my eyes feel so moisturized which is a major plus! The serum has a pleasant citrus scent but doesn't linger after absorbing into the skin. If you're like me and love citrus scents then you'll love this serum too!

InstaNatural's Youth Express Eye Gel is similar to the Youth Express Eye Serum in that it's an advanced Peptide Complex which contains Hyaluronic Acid, Plant Stem Cells and Matrixyl 3000, but it differs in that it contains an Amino Acid Complex. What the heck is that? It basically improves your skin's elasticity and firms wrinkles.

Since this formula is in a gel form, it's cooling around the eyes and makes the perfect morning eye moisturizer as it helps wake me up. It also has a light, refreshing cucumber scent but goes away once applied. It does feel a little sticky after applying, but the sticky feeling goes away just minutes after applying, so do wait to put on your makeup after it's completely absorbed into the skin. Another plus about this eye gel is that the bottle has a pump which keeps the product sanitary. Just make sure you only use a little amount- a little goes a long way with this eye gel!

I'm loving everything about InstaNatural's products- I'm so happy I discovered their anti-aging serums/gels! I have very sensitive skin and these products have not broken me out which is saying a lot! If you're in the market for a new or better eye serum and/or gel, give these products a try!
